Why lower nicotine
Most online vape stores are built around 5% devices because that is what sells most. We carry those too, but the shelf VapeOwls is known for is the one below it. A large share of adult vapers want to step down without giving up the flavors they like, and until recently there was almost nowhere to compare 3% devices side by side. How we curate
We do not try to carry everything. A device earns a spot when it is authentic, when its flavors hold up past the first day, and when it adds something the shelf did not already have: a lower strength, a new flavor family, or a better price per puff. We publish the reasoning in How We Curate, and we test and review products in Owl Lab before and after they go on sale. When something does not hold up, it comes off the shelf.
Flavor discovery without the gamble

Where we ship and where we cannot
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Some states and localities restrict flavored or all vapor products; if your address is in a restricted area, checkout will only allow eligible items. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders. Every package goes out with adult-signature delivery as the PACT Act requires.
