🛍️ Ordering
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us via phone, email, or our contact form as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed or if more than 1 hour has passed.
Customer Support Hours:
Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Sundays: Email Support Only
Note: Orders are processed overnight to speed up shipping, so requests after hours may be handled the next day.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the latest status by logging into your Vape Owls account and visiting the Order History section.
What if I haven’t received my package?
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please reach out to us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’ve got you covered. Contact us and we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund/store credit.

For incorrect items: we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

For damaged items: we may ask for photos to speed up the replacement process.

🚚 Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays are shipped the following Monday. During holidays, shipping delays may occur.
How long does delivery take?

Other U.S. regions: 3–7 business days
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unopened and sealed items.

You’ll cover return shipping unless the item is defective (excluding disposables).

For defective disposables, we offer store credit or a refund — not replacements.
Submit your return request via our contact form, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving returned items. It typically takes 3–5 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. More secure payment options coming soon.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address, in compliance with your local regulations.
Can I apply a discount code after checkout?
Discount codes must be entered during checkout. We’re unable to apply codes retroactively after an order is placed.
📦 Products & Availability
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a 5-day return window for most unopened and sealed products.
⚠️ Disposable vapes do not qualify for replacement — but may be refunded or credited if found defective.
Why does the product I receive look different than the image online?
Manufacturers may change packaging or formulations without notice. While we aim for accuracy, minor differences may occur.
Do you sell single items or only wholesale?
We serve both individual customers and wholesale buyers. Many items are available in single quantities, while others offer discounts for bulk orders.

How do I create an account?
Click “Sign Up” at the top right corner of our homepage and follow the prompts to set up your profile.
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” to reset your login. If you still need help, reach out to our support team and we’ll assist you.
Can I view my order history?
Absolutely. Just log into your Vape Owls account and visit the Order History page to view past purchases and tracking info.
