1. Cancellation Eligibility
1.1 Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Customers may cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing them to ensure timely processing.
2.2 For cancellations beyond the 1-hour window, please contact customer support immediately to check if the order has already been processed.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
3.1 If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3.2 Orders canceled after being processed or shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Special Cases
4.1 If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to cancel or modify your order.
4.2 Orders canceled due to errors on our part (e.g., incorrect pricing or unavailable stock) will be refunded in full.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
5.1 Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
5.2 Orders marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
