At VapeOwls, your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you're a retail shopper or a wholesale partner, we want you to shop with confidence. Below you'll find the details of our return policy based on customer type.


🔁 Return Policy for Retail Customers

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below:

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape liquids, disposable devices, or cartridges, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for return.

3. Defective/Damaged Products:

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at:

  • Please provide clear photos of the damage to expedite the return process.

4. Return Process:

  • Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

  • Use a trackable shipping service; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the product you’d like.

7. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns not due to our error or if items are not returned in resalable condition.


📦 Return Policy for Wholesale Customers

We value our wholesale partners and aim to provide a smooth return process when needed.

1. Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • All return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

2. Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt at:

  • Include photos of any damaged or defective items for faster processing.

3. Return Instructions:

  • Email us to obtain an RMA number before returning any products.

  • Clearly label your package with the RMA number.

  • Return items must be securely packaged and shipped via a trackable service.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our fault.

4. Refunds & Replacements:

  • Once inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund or ship replacements within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Replacements are shipped at no extra cost if the return is approved.

5. Exclusions:

  • Opened, used, or non-resalable products cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products mishandled or misused by the customer.
